What to do

1. First visit

   Show us your health insurance card / certificate to register. Then we will give you a consultation card. If you have a referral letter, hand it at the reception desk.

2. Interview

   Please fill out the interview sheet.

3. Consultation

   In some cases, you may be needed to take your clothes off partly.

4. Tests, therapy

5. Payment

   We will hand you a prescription when you need medication.

We do not provide laser therapy /
photo therapy (PUVA, narrow band
UVB) here. But we are able to give you an information of other hospitals that
kind of treatments are available.

Do I need to make an appointment to see a doctor？

Reservation is needed only on Saturdays.

What will be happened if I forgot my health insurance card?

We have to ask you to pay cash,
but we can reimburse you if you
bring your health insurance card in before the end of the week.

Is it OK to visit in a wheel chair？

OF COURSE. We do have a slope at the entrance and a barrier-free
toilet.

Is it OK that I speak very little Japanese？

We do have some English-speaking staff here.

Can you treat molluscum contagiosum？

Yes. We can offer you less pain treatment for it.

Where can I get my medicine？

We give you a prescription. Take it to a dispensing pharmacy nearby.
